Since I was a child, I have always tried to impress others: first of all my father, then the teachers, the professors at university. And finally my managers and team mates at work.

I chose to dirt my hand at many different things: software, economics, graphics, data analysis, sales, project management. The best thing is that for work I’ve been able to travel the world and meet amazing and super competent people facing all kind of challenges.

In the last 5 years I’ve hired and managed over 20 people, worked on super complicated metrics and projects and startups. Revolutionized large and small organizations.

I also got married Anna, my first big love, and during COVID-19 we had a baby, Leonardo, that brought a new gravity to our universe.

My mantra is defined by 3 words.

  1. Curiosity: being curious helps you ask questions and learn new things
  2. Passion for what I do drives me to raise the bar every day
  3. Finally, the numbers, I believe, are the best evidence of my work.

I am sorry. I never trusted hopinions. I prefer numbers, instead.
